If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received the product that is damaged, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 45 days from the date you purchased it.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 3 days from receipt of your order at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or another method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
